Dr. Al- Mujtaba Abubakar Gumi
Dr. Al- Mujtaba Abubakar attended Leeds Polytechnic in United Kingdom and is widely travelled. He is a fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants- UK (ACCA) and the institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He was awarded an honorary Doctorate degree by Commonwealth University, United Kingdom. He is an expert in the financial sector of the economy; having served as Managing Director/CEO – Assurance Bank, Executive Director – Afribank Nigeria Plc, (now Mainstreet Bank ) , General Manager/CEO, New Devco Financial Services Limited and Group Financial Controller – New Nigeria Development Company Limited (NNDC) Kaduna. He was also on the Board of Afribank Merchant Bank, IBWA Finance Company Limited, Dublin, (Republic of Ireland), Afribank Insurance Brokers Ltd, Kaduna Textile Limited, Apt Securities and Funds Limited and a Director of ARMECO Engineering Nigeria Limited. Al-Mujtaba recently retired as the Managing Partner of the Northern region of Akintola Williams Deloite & Co. (one of the leading audit firms in Nigeria).
Abiodun Awe: B.Sc., MBA
Abiodun Awe is a graduate of the University of Lagos where he obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemistry. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile- Ife and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science. He is highly experienced in the financial services sector of the economy having worked with many Banks and other financial institutions as Head of Operations, Branch Manager and Zonal Manager. He had attended several training programmes on Investment Banking, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing of Financial Services at Philips Consulting, Lagos Business School (An affiliate of IESE Spain) among others. He is an alumnus of Fate Foundation, Lagos. He was the Marketing Manager of Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) Limited before joining Apt Pension Funds Managers Limited.

Nurudeen Sani Gwarzo
Nurudeen Sani Gwarzo holds an M.Sc Financial Management from the prestigious Gordon University Aberdeen (UK). He has considerable experience in Investment and Treasury management, and had traded on floor of the London stock exchange (LSE) as part of requirement (under the portfolo management course unit) for an M.Sc Financial Management. He has also worked in four commercial and merchant Banks for 25 years including first Bank of Nigeria Plc. He was a branch Manager for three times in Lagos, Portharcourt and Enugu. He also worked as the group financial controller of Isyaku Rabiu and Sons Ltd. before he joined APT Pension Fund Managers Ltd.

Dahiru Aliyu Mohammed : MBA (UK), CPAM (USA), Fellow AAFM (USA)
Aliyu is an Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Head of Operations & Customer Care, a role he has held since December 2010. He is an Alumnus of London School of Marketing, London, United Kingdom and a Fellow of the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM), Colorado, USA.
He began his career in 2003 with the Independent National Electoral Commission, where he worked for four years as Systems Analyst and Head of Information Technology Department. He subsequently joined Apt Pensions in 2007 as a pioneer staff and Deputy Head of Operations and rose to become Head of Operations in December 2010.
Aliyu holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire United Kingdom and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management obtained with distinction from Stratford College of Business and Management, Shropshire, Telford, UK. Prior to that, he graduated with Bachelors Degree in Mathematics (Ed) from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria - Nigeria. He also earned a Diploma in Mathematics and another Diploma with distinction in Software and Web Engineering.
Aliyu is a Certified Chartered Pensions Analyst Manager (CPAM), and acquired a decade of cognate working experience in the Nigerian Pensions Industry. He is versatile in the Operations of Defined Contributions (DC) Pensions System. His areas of expertise include, RSA Administration, Pension Contributions Management , Benefits Payment Arrangement, Products Development & Improvement, Clients Retention Management and Customer Service Experience; among others.
In 2015, he designed and developed a brand loyalty management programme for all Apt clients which transformed into to a successful Innovative Marketing Strategy. He further led a team in 2015 that developed an effective pension contributions management programme for the PFA. At various times he has facilitated customer sensitization forums on a wide range of Contributory Pension Schemes topics. Aliyu has undergone a number of senior management and executive leadership programs, notably, at Henley Business School University of Reading, United Kingdom. He is happily married with two beautiful Children and is passionate about mentoring

Asiru L. Abayomi: B.Sc, ACA, ANIM
Asiru L. Abayomi holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Agro Economics from the University of Ibadan. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Nigerian Institute of Management and Institute for Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria. Abayomi is a seasoned Accountant and Auditor who worked with reputable Audit firms in Nigeria with over 15 years audit experience gained at KPMG Audit (Now Akintola Williams Deloitte & Co) and Muhtari Dangana & Co. He has been involved in the audit of many Banks, Government parastatals (such as NNPC, PHCN etc), Pension Funds Administrators, United Nations Assignments and other private institutions.

Kabir Abdullahi Yeldu
Kabir Abdullahi Yeldu is a graduate of Kaduna State Polytechnic  where he obtained a higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy. He started his career with the Nigeria Insurance Corporation (NDIC) as one of the pioneered staff and rose to the position of Manager and Team Leader in the Bank Examination Department. Mr. Yeldu later moved to the Banking Industry where he joined the Intercity Bank Plc as Head of Regulatory Returns and Management Reports, after the recapitalization of Banks where Intercity Bank merged with other Banks to form Unity Bank Plc, Mr. Yeldu Headed the Regulatory Compliance Department of Compliance Division until 2014 where he joined the Apt Pension Funds Managers Ltd.
ZANNAH LAWAN is a graduate of Kaduna State Polytechnic where he obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Statistics in the year 2000. He started his career briefly with Borno State Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning as Statistical Officer. Mr. Lawan later moved to former Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) and served as both compliance officer and later as Benefit Officer in Zaria Branch office between 1997 and 2005. Mr. Lawan joined APT Pensions Funds Managers Ltd. in 2009 where he became North West Regional Manager and he is presently the compliance officer of APT Pension Funds Manger Ltd.

UMAR MOHAMMED GAMA
Umar Mohammed Gama is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and also an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He attended Kaduna Polytechnic and obtained both National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He has over 30 years working experience in core accounting, auditing and financial processes in both private and public sector organisations. He has worked with different organisations and banks namely Steyr Nigeria Ltd., New Nigeria Development Company [NNDC], New Africa Merchant Bank, NAL Merchant Bank, Intercity Bank Plc and Unity Bank where he rose to the level of Head of Reconciliation Department. He also worked briefly at MBS Merchant Limited as Head of Finance & Accounts before joining Apt Pension Funds Managers Limited in Vovember 2015.

Ibrahim B. Abubakar
Mr. Ibrahim is a graduate of Computer Science from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Bauchi. He is a seasoned Information Communication Technology expert who has over 13 years working experience in Banking Sector handling Software Development and Electronic Banking Systems. He has acquired series of trainings and workshops within and outside Nigeria which includes: Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and Microsoft Certified Professional by Microsoft. Ibrahim is also a member of Computer Professional Council of Nigeria.
